Strength of God

That was an utterly strange story for me. The main character is a pastor of a Presbyterian chapel. He has got a wife, he loves her a lot. But something goes wrong in their marriage, because this marriage soon becomes equal for him with his job. That is not usual at all; for somebody to love a partner so much, love and job should not be mixed up so much. One day this guy went for a walk, and he saw a girl in a building. He broke the window to see that girl. That was the point when he thought he saw God. In my opinion this man made a big mistake when he got married with his wife, because he never loved her as much as he should have. Maybe he just loved her money or something like that. The other morale of the story is that it is no good if a man marries the woman he first makes love to in his life.

Hills Like White Elephants

My favorite writer is Ernest Hemingway, because he writes his works very simple. This is good every people to understand it easily. We found a couple in this text. They are wanted to move some where. We do not know why and where. The girl said something about a operation and thi is the reason. Maybe she is pregnant and she does not want the child. Hemingway plays with the colors in the reading. The white color Is symbolize the hospital. The brown color is the ground. The couple is talks about something, but it is hard to understand because they do not want say anything.
